Return & Refund Policies
Thanks for shopping at the Gape Collection and Great Lakes, Grand Lands. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.
Before returning a defective item or an item that was damaged during shipment, please contact Sales@GapeCollection.com to tell us your concerns about the product. We will do our best to help, within the guidelines of this policy statement. If necessary, we will provide a Return Authorization Code (RAC) for tracking purposes. We may also provide an alternate return address.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All of our poster and photoprint products are custom-printed — one by one — to your specifications when you order them, so they cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged in transit. We cannot honor refund requests based on “I wish I’d ordered a bigger size”, “buyer’s remorse”, and similar reasons.

If you do return an item, we recommend the purchase of insurance and/or package-tracking; otherwise we cannot (of course) guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All sales are final after thirty (30) days.
